The Latin word motus has a multitude of meanings; movement, emotion, inspiration, affection, motion.

Motus Interiora pursues texture, story, flow and feel. We believe moving pictures tell a deeper, truer story of the space we create and love. For us, architecture is the framework for how we inhabit a space and populate it with items that create a richer, deeper experience. Thus our love for these spaces extends to interior design and light.

Founded in 2024 by artist Gareth Anton Averill, Motus Interiora may be singular in its focus, but the storytelling possibilities reach far beyond the limits of architecture and design.
